How engagements work

1. Diagnostic (week 1)

We audit your current pipeline, ICP, sequences, infra, and reporting. You get a written 24-page diagnostic with a prioritized fix list — whether you engage us or not.

2. Engine build (weeks 2–6)

Domain procurement and warm-up, sequence drafting, CRM and tool integration, SDR onboarding (yours or ours), reporting setup. Soft launch by week 4 with 200 sends per segment to validate the variant before scaling.

3. Scale and optimize (weeks 7+)

Weekly sequence council, monthly funnel review, quarterly ICP and segment rotation. The owner of the engine on our side rotates from senior consultant to embedded operator as your team takes ownership.

We don't bill hourly and we don't take success-only deals. A flat monthly retainer keeps incentives aligned on the outcomes that compound (deliverability, reply rate, SQL conversion) rather than the ones that don't (raw send volume).

How long does it take to see pipeline?

First qualified meetings within 21–30 days of launch. Repeatable pipeline (8–15 SQLs per SDR per month) by day 90. Anything faster is usually a list quality shortcut you'll pay for later in deliverability damage and burned TAM.

What does engagement pricing look like?

Three transparent monthly retainers: SDR Coaching from $1,000/month (playbooks, mock calls, weekly enablement for your existing reps); Fractional SDR from $1,500/month (we operate a pod alongside your team); Full GTM Advisory from $2,000/month (strategy + execution across outbound, sequences, toolstack, and reporting). Custom scope available on request.

Do you work hourly or on a fixed scope?

Neither. We work on a flat monthly retainer tied to outcomes — pipeline generated, SQLs delivered, meeting-to-opportunity conversion. Hourly billing rewards activity, not results, and fixed-scope rarely survives contact with real prospect data.

Will you place SDRs, or do we hire?

Either. We have a vetted bench of SDRs we can deploy in under 14 days for clients who want the full managed model, or we'll co-pilot your in-house hiring with scorecards, role design, comp benchmarking, and first-90-day onboarding.

What industries do you specialize in?

B2B SaaS Series A–C with $5k–150k ACV is the sweet spot. We've also delivered for logistics-tech, fintech, devtools, and vertical SaaS. We don't take ecommerce, consumer, or sub-$2k ACV engagements — the unit economics don't support consultative outbound.

How is this different from a lead-gen agency?

Most agencies sell volume — they'll ship 50,000 emails and report on opens. We build engines you own: the infra, the sequence library, the reporting, the playbook. When the engagement ends you keep everything that's been built and can run it yourself.
