GrowthStack Advisory / Pricing / Enterprise and performance

Enterprise and performance partnership: retainer plus performance.

The short answer

The enterprise and performance partnership is priced individually: a monthly retainer plus a performance-based component. It is for high-ACV businesses, enterprise sales motions, or companies where GrowthStack carries significant ownership of pipeline development. The performance component is tied to mutually agreed outcomes, such as qualified opportunities, accepted SQLs, pipeline generated or closed business, depending on how much of the pipeline GrowthStack owns.

How it is structured

A monthly retainer covers the strategy and execution, as in the GTM Scale Partner. The performance component is agreed per client around the outcomes that matter for that motion, and the percentages and fees depend on how much of the motion sits with GrowthStack.

Who it is for

Teams where deal sizes are large, the sales motion is enterprise, and the goal is for GrowthStack to carry real ownership of pipeline rather than advise on it.

Tools and terms

Third-party technology is paid by you directly or covered by tools you already have: prospecting and data platforms, email outreach platforms, CRM licences, calling infrastructure, enrichment tools, secondary domains, inboxes and deliverability infrastructure. Your domains, accounts and data stay yours when the engagement ends.

For full engagements the recommendation is an initial 90 day commitment, after which the engagement moves to a monthly model with 30 days’ written notice. GrowthStack does not guarantee a fixed number of meetings, opportunities or revenue.

Other tiers

The other tiers: GTM Diagnostic, $750, GTM Growth Sprint, from $2,000 a month, GTM Scale Partner, from $3,500 a month. All of them are compared on the pricing overview.
