Lead Generation Engine Setup

A lead generation engine, built to run without you.

Multi channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calling, with AI enhanced workflows underneath. Built as a system your team can operate after we hand it over. The build order is public: see the first 90 days of outbound, week by week.

What most outbound engines are missing

Almost every stalled outbound program we inherit has the same shape. There is tooling. There are sequences. There is activity. What is missing is the connective tissue: a defined ICP that filters the list, messaging built on the buyer's problem, a follow up rule that survives a busy week, and reporting that shows which part is actually failing.

Activity is easy to generate and easy to mistake for progress. Qualified pipeline is the only output that matters, and it is a function of targeting, message, cadence, and qualification working together.

What we build

Sequence and inbox optimization

Deliverability decays quietly. Reply rates fall, nobody notices for six weeks, and by then the domain reputation needs real repair. We handle the unglamorous layer: domain and inbox warmup, sending limits, spam trigger review, reply handling scripts, and sequence structure that earns a response instead of demanding one.

This work pairs directly with ICP and messaging. A perfect sequence sent to the wrong list still fails.

A worked example

Verified client outcome

AI technology company, outbound engine from zero

We developed the markets, ICPs, personas, messaging, tooling, and outreach engine, including event and trade show pipeline generation with pre event prospecting, attendee outreach, and post event follow up. The program generated approximately $50,000 in revenue plus additional qualified opportunities.

Why response time quietly decides the outcome

Most teams obsess over the sequence and ignore the follow up. That is backwards. The clearest data in sales development is about speed, not copy. In the study that started this conversation, contacting a web lead within five minutes instead of thirty made a rep about twenty one times more likely to qualify it (Oldroyd, MIT Sloan and InsideSales.com, 2007). The odds fall off a cliff inside the first hour.

The uncomfortable part is how few teams manage it. An audit of 2,241 US companies found the average first response to a web lead was 42 hours, and 23% never replied at all (Harvard Business Review, 2011). More recent audits of B2B software companies are worse, not better. So the opportunity is rarely a cleverer email, it is a follow up rule that survives a busy week: who responds, how fast, and what happens when the owner is out. That one discipline is often the difference. Tightening inbound handling and qualification is how we took one client's qualification rate from 15% to 25% in the first month.

How to tell a real engine from a lead list

Plenty of providers will sell you meetings. Far fewer leave you with something that keeps working after they leave. Before you buy any lead generation service, ours included, these are the questions worth asking.

If the answer to the last one is no, you are renting pipeline, not building an engine. We build it so your team can run it, then hand it over.

Questions

How long does it take to build an outbound engine?+

Building from zero takes longer than optimising something that exists, because ICP, messaging, tooling, and sequences all have to be built before volume begins. Optimisation work on an existing motion can show movement faster. We give a realistic timeline after the diagnostic rather than promising a fixed number upfront.

Do you run the outbound for us or train our team?+

Both models exist. We can operate the motion as a fractional sales development function, or build the system and coach your team to run it. In either case the frameworks, sequences, workflows, and reporting are yours to keep.

Which tools do you work with?+

Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist, Klenty, Apollo, Instantly, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha, among others. We choose based on your stage and budget rather than defaulting to the most expensive stack.

Tell us where the funnel leaks

We will tell you honestly whether it is a targeting, execution, or qualification problem, and what it would take to fix.
