Free tools for B2B outbound teams
Six working tools, no signup, nothing stored. Every one of them runs entirely in your browser, which means none of the numbers you type ever reach a server, ours or anyone else's.
One thing worth saying up front. None of these tools will tell you whether your reply rate is good, how your conversion compares to your industry, or what a normal cost per meeting looks like. That is deliberate. Those numbers vary so widely by market, deal size, seniority and list quality that any single published figure is either a guess or a sales pitch. Every tool here computes from your own numbers, or from a published standard, and says which.
Calculators
Arithmetic over your own inputs. No benchmarks are asserted in the output.
Pipeline capacity calculator
Work backwards from a revenue target to the meetings, replies, prospects, touches and SDR headcount it requires. Cross-checks itself against implied SQLs per rep per month.
Cold email A/B test calculator
Enter sends and replies for two variants. Tells you whether the difference is real yet, and how many more sends you need to know. Pooled two-proportion z test.
Scorecards and pickers
These sit inside the guides that give them context, because the grade is not much use without the reasoning behind it.
Outbound readiness scorecard
Twelve yes or no checks across targeting, messaging, execution and measurement, graded before a cold email programme goes live.
Outbound model fit scorecard
Eight questions that weigh your situation across an SDR agency, an in-house hire and a fractional engagement, and show where you land.
Sales tool stack picker
Five questions about your team, motion and stage. Builds a starting stack and flags where you would be buying ahead of yourself.
MQL to SQL conversion calculator
Shows what a change in the qualification rate is worth in deals and revenue, on the same lead volume and the same spend.
Who these are built by
The logic in each tool comes from running the work rather than from surveying it. Shobhit Gupta scaled GoComet's SDR team from 10 to 23 people across the US, India and South East Asia, and led global sales development at Locus, where Ruchi Mittal ran inside sales. The qualification and conversion logic comes from engagements with Easyship, ConvertCart, WorkStore and NuVista AI.
Where a tool leans on one of those engagements for a reference range, it says so and names the company, because one organisation is not a benchmark. Where it leans on a published standard, such as the two-proportion z test or the Google and Yahoo bulk sender requirements, it cites the standard.
If a tool tells you something you did not expect
That is usually the point. A headcount number far larger than you can hire, or a test result that says the winning variant is not winning yet, is information about the plan rather than a fault in the calculator.
The guides behind each tool explain what to do about it. All guides and resources covers the method in full, pricing explains how engagements are structured, and a call is the fastest way to work out which of these problems you actually have.
